Gestul iubirii - idealista incercare

Iubim … e sentimetul cel placut ce fiecare il asteapta
Traim … e maiastra simtire creata fara stirea noastra
Iar fericirea e o stare ce intregeste trairea orcui

Traim si parca si nu simtim asta mereu
Timpul nu asteapta si noi nu raspundem
Nici de el si nici de ce se intampla cu noi
Ori iubim , ori de iubire ne ascundem …


Iubim … asta-i raspunsul pentru a te implini
Traim … fie fericiti sau amarati , oricum am fi
Dar fericirea caut-o in tine cand ai nevoie de ea
Iubirea e ideala ,fiinta reala insa , o aduce cu ea !

Cele 9 legi de urmat ...

1. Lasa trecutul in urma
Inainte de a-ti crea un viitor stralucit, lasa durerile trecutului in urma. Daca ai gresit o data, nu inseamna ca vei gresi mereu. Invata din trecut, dar nu lasa problemele care fac parte din istorie sa te macine si sa intervina intre tine si visele pe care ti le-ai facut.

2. Obisnuinta de a incepe AZI
Rezerva-ti cel putin 30 de minute, inainte de culcare, pentru a face un review al zilei care a trecut si un nou plan de bataie pentru ziua care urmeaza. Poate ti se va parea un exercitiu pentru memorie, insa, el este mai mult de atat. Este un element de control asupra vietii. Si, nu uita: AZI este timpul sa incepi!

3.Echipa de sport
Nu te izola! Atingerea scopurilor pentru un nou stil de viata sanatos, presupune un efort de echipa. Lasa-i pe cei din jurul tau sa-ti fie aproape si accepta-le sprijinul!

4. Ridica-ti standardele
A sosit momentul sa-ti ridici putin standardele! Ai dreptul sa ceri mai mult de la tine, de la cei din jurul tau… In fond, idealul se poate atinge atunci cand iti realizezi visele si cand nu incetezi sa-ti doresti mai mult, mai mult, tot mai mult.

5. Sesiunea - brainstorming
Reuneste cativa prieteni apropiati si povesteste-le despre noile tale planuri. Intalnirea se va dovedi cu adevarat fructuoasa, avand in vedere faptul ca ei iti vor putea oferi idei pe care tu, este posibil, sa nu le observi.

6. Autodidact
Cu cat stii mai multe, cu atat evolutia ta va fi mai impresionanta. Informatia pe care o acumulezi este cea mai buna sursa de incredere asa ca, invata tot ce poti si tot ce-ti doresti si vei avea cu siguranta energia de a merge pana in panzele albe.

7. Foloseste termenul “limita”
Stabileste-ti nu doar o data pana cand iti vei fi indeplinit sarcina, planul, visul, dorinta, ci mai multe momente in care te vei gandi cum vei incepe sa pui in aplicare schimbarea. Fara un deadline clar, toata strategia ta se va duce pe apa Sambetei!

8.Manifesta-ti curiozitatea…
Lumea este plina de lucruri uimitoare care sunt gata sa fie descoperite. Fii curios si citeste, discuta, observa, asculta si descopra misterele care te inconjoara.

9. Bucura-te de “cursa”
In timp ce iti respecti cu strictete planul, nu uita sa zambesti si sa te bucuri de fiecare moment din viata. Nu te concentra exclusiv pe ce ti-ai propus sa indeplinesti pentru ca, altfel, iti vei pierde motivatia si puterea de a merge mai departe.
